These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use product or service from the merchant.
By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
1. Application Review Process
EvaKool maintains the exclusive right to review and determine the eligibility of any Affiliate Program application. We may accept or decline an application based on our internal criteria and business objectives. In the event that your application is not approved, please understand that this decision is final, and you may not have legal recourse against EvaKool for the rejection of your Affiliate Program application.
2. Affiliate Links, Promotional Codes, and Advertising Restrictions
As an affiliate, you will receive a unique affiliate link that is automatically generated for you. You may also create custom affiliate links for specific products or collections. Should a potential customer click on another affiliate’s link and then click on yours, the last link clicked—yours—will be the one that is considered active.
You may be provided with a unique coupon code, the details and conditions of which will be available on your Dashboard. In instances where a customer uses both your affiliate link and your coupon code, you will receive commission for the referral, not for the usage of the coupon. Double commissions for a single referral are not permitted. Promotion of non-assigned branded coupons is strictly prohibited.
You are authorized to promote the merchant’s website through various online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, etc., as well as through offline mediums including classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.
Please note: Promotion of our products via Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns is not allowed. Affiliates found to be using PPC campaigns for promotion will be subject to review and possible termination from the Program.
3. Commisions and Payments
Earning Commissions: When you refer a customer who makes a purchase on our website, you will earn a commission. The commission amount is calculated according to our Commission Structure and is based on the order value, excluding any additional fees (such as tax and shipping costs).
Receiving Payments: To receive your commission, you must provide your payment details in the Settings section. The schedule for payments will be detailed on the Affiliate Guide page.
Payment Conditions: Commissions are paid out for transactions that have been successfully completed. Participation in the Affiliate Program is governed by a fair use policy, which allows the merchant to review each referral order. The status of your commissions can be found under the Commission tab, and any commissions that have been paid out will be recorded under the Payment tab. Please note that transactions resulting in chargebacks or refunds are not eligible for commission payments.
4. Marketing tool
Access to Promotional Media: Through the Marketing Tools tab, we provide you with various promotional materials, including banners, logos, and promotions for specific collections. These resources are designed to support your marketing efforts on affiliate channels.
Utilizing Promotional Media: You have the option to either download these media directly or obtain the HTML embed code for seamless integration into your digital platforms.
5. Network (if enabled)
If Network tab is activated.
Building Your Affiliate Network: Activate the Network tab to expand your affiliate team. You can invite potential affiliates to join as your downlines. When your downline affiliates successfully generate sales for the merchant’s shop, you will receive a network commission. The amount of this commission is determined by the merchant’s predefined settings.
Inviting New Affiliates: To grow your network, simply share your unique network link. Any prospective affiliate who clicks on this link and completes the sign-up process will be registered as your downline affiliate.
6. Cookie
How We Track Referrals: We employ cookies to monitor individuals who have clicked on your affiliate link. For tracking to be effective, it is essential that the referred individuals have cookies enabled in their browsers.
Limitations of Cookie Tracking: If an individual has disabled cookies or clears their cookie data, our tracking capabilities are hindered. Consequently, we are unable to attribute their activities to your account, which affects the payment of commissions for those actions.
Cookie Duration: The duration for which we track cookies is specified on the Affiliate Registration Form. Tracking commences from the moment a customer clicks on an affiliate link or utilizes a coupon. During this cookie period, any purchases made by the customer on the merchant’s website will automatically generate commissions for the affiliate—there is no requirement for the customer to use the affiliate link for subsequent purchases within this timeframe.
7. Removal from Referral Program
If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting: marketing@evakool.com.
8. Use of Affiliate-Generated Content
As an affiliate, you grant EvaKool the right to use any content you create while participating in the Affiliate Program. This includes, but is not limited to, images, videos, articles, blog posts, social media posts, and any other form of media or content.
EvaKool may use this content for marketing purposes, including organic and paid advertising across various platforms. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that any content produced as part of your affiliate activities may be utilised by EvaKool in its marketing efforts without further compensation to you.
Affiliates should ensure that they have the necessary rights to the content they produce and share as part of the program. EvaKool respects intellectual property rights and expects affiliates to do the same.
